When I Started Working Out

Funny story...my parents let my sister and I buy our first music "tape" back in the day. I chose a Mousercise by Mickey Mouse. I was hooked at an early age...LoL! In H.S. I would work out 4-5 hours a day. I am currently able to run 10 miles in 73 minutes on an elliptical.Why I Love It
It alleviates stress completely and helps me maintain a positive attitude each day! I'm more focused and determined to achieve goals due to my exercise routine.How I Stay Motivated
