i love to work out because it just make me feel good. i feel i am doing something for my helth that will impact the rest of my life. How I Stay Motivated
i see people in their 40s like jamo and others in their 50s and they look young and healthy and i say to myself, "i want to look like when i am older".My Worst Injury
i have never injured my self real bad. i guess my worst injury was when i was skateboarding and try to jump an obstacle that i was not yet ready to try. i twisted my ankle in the middle of the street while cars were passing by.

Fats, veggies and energy drinks
Posted January 21st, 2010 by Vision4DaYso i have a question for each one of these
i heard that if you cook your essentia fats I.E extra virgin olive oil, it looses most of its vitamins. is this true? if so, how am i suppose to eat fats?
i have the same question about veggies. i heard that if you steam them, they lose their minerals, am i suppose to eat them raw?
and i usually don't have time to make food so sometimes i just get some frozen veggies, throw them in the micro wave and eat them to go.is this a bad idea?
