i see people in their 40s like jamo and others in their 50s and they look young and healthy and i say to myself, "i want to look like when i am older".My Worst Injury
i have never injured my self real bad. i guess my worst injury was when i was skateboarding and try to jump an obstacle that i was not yet ready to try. i twisted my ankle in the middle of the street while cars were passing by.

"Stubborn Muscles"
Posted November 1st, 2008 by Vision4DaYi was reading Arnold Schwarzenegger's : education of a Bodybuilder and he mention something that got my attention. he said that certain muscle were stubborn muscle and one had to focus on high reps more than on high weight to develop them. i really liked the term, "stubborn muscles" . one of these muscle he said were the calves.
in the latest MFT's video on calves sagi say we need to do high reps and feel the burn.
so,
stubborn muscle = high reps w/ lower weight that brings to the burn
non stubborn muscles = normal reps (8-12) high weight that brings us to the burn
