i have a friend who loves to exersise just as much as i do....Plus i like looking good...haha

My Worst Injury

i had shin-splits once. that was hell because i normally run about 5miles A DAY and not being able to do so was stressful. basically i had to ride my bike for the time being. that was about 5 months ago....i still have some pain...but i still am able to run.
