Hey guys! I'm Troy from the middle Tennessee area. I found this site looking up exercises on YouTube. It's a great place, and i'm looking forward of meeting new people! I'm currently weighing 176lbs, and looking to increase in mass.
When I Started Working Out

By looking at the difference between 4 years ago, and now...My Worst Injury
I now have a small S.L.A.P. tear in my right shoulder, due to doing 'Bent-over DB lateral raises'. This happened around 4-5 months ago. I've had MRIs, x-rays, and even been through physical therapy. Still hurts mostly on chest day. I cannot workout my chest like i use to! :( . The Doc said the only way to fix it is to operate. But i'm not really sure if i want to get cut right now or not. So if any of you have had a SLAP tear before, please fill me in!
