A Little About Me

I live in Pasadena,Texas and have a truly wonderful family. My wife and I have 6 wonderful children 5 girls and a little boy, the triplets will be 5 this year. Prior to the triplets being born I was a total gym rat and in shape. However my wife had to be on bedrest in the hospital for 2 and a half months and then needed me after coming to help and my family comes first. I then found out my dad had lung cancer and my Mom and Dad needed me. My dad fought like hell for a year before passing away. This was alot on me and my health went in the toilet along with my mental state. It got so bad some days I never left my room. I finally decided to pull myself up and started trying to get back in shape and then fate had me visit Jamos myspace and things have been better ever since. Not only jamo but everyone around him are so kind,positive and motivating.

Trying to bulk up for football and when i when I noticed how much it helped with my martial arts to add power I was hooked.

Main Goal

To achieve the best all round meaning strength cardio and flexibility i possibly can

Short Term Goal

Lose ten pounds and improve my cardio in order to keep up with my 5 year old triplets

Long Term Goal

To stick with my workouts and maintain a very high level of fitness. I want to be fit and enjoy this crazy ride called life.
