I'm changing my name here at Jamo's suggestion to make me more "approachable".
My motto is "BE HEALTH". It comes from a line in the movie"Caddyshack", Ty Webb (Chevy Chase) tells Billy that in order to be a better golfer, "Be the ball, Billy!". In Zen fashion, he is saying become "one" with what you want to master. Likewise, in life, I don't think you want to be healthier, you want to "be health!" ie make good health your life. Man, is this true! I constantly find myself limiting myself! Who says I can't be in better shape now than ever before? Who says I can't change the paradigm of health in this country to one that emphasizes health and not absence of symptoms? Me! That's who! But I can change that, I can believe in myself and stop doubting myself, stop limiting myself. I can make small efforts everyday that will help me reach my goals and I will!
