A Little About Me
I'm an "opposite coast" girl - born and raised in Florida, living in California. I'm in the California Air National Guard, and I love that I have free access to so many fitness facilities and options. I'm trying to get more into outdoor exercise rather than sticking to a cramped indoor gym routine. Getting a nice new pair of trail-runners ought to motivate me!
I'm also trying to keep myself busy with fitness while my unbelievably sexy fiance, Craig, is away at the Border Patrol Academy.

- Trapeziuses (sp?)...lol. My trapezius muscles. They're always huge and like rocks, and don't require a lot of maintenance.
- Hamstrings. I just love to stretch them when they're sore! They get big and hard and oh-so-tasty. I think this is my favorite area on my man, too (among other places :P)
