The old addage of, 'You are What you Eat' has a lot of truth to it.

The higher the quality of foods you put into your body, the better your results will be. For all natural i feel like i've gotten great results at a relatively fast pace, especially when I'm giving it 100% (there's always periods of weeks or even sometimes a month or two where I kind of fall off and dont give it 100%, but you'll always get that).

Haha im no genius, but I try to learn as much as I can and apply it to the best of my abilities. I will always consider what others have to say if it makes sense to me, and I will ask questions until it does, or through asking questions sometimes determine that what I read does not in fact make sense, or will not work.

My meal plan and workout was just something I concocted through my knowledge I have been taught and have learned, and it was a routine that "just made sense." So to me I thought I'd get good results, and I did, i got great results. So it definitely worked for me, but that doesnt mean it will work for everyone. The ultimate goal is to figure out your own body, and you will, in time.

i have start the bodybuilding with dumbbells in my room. Now i work my physique in a club.
But...I understood your questions...

Hello guy ! you speak french ?
You have a good physique for 15 years !
Good abs ;)

My staple foods are:

Carbohydrates:
Oatmeal, Quinoa, Sprouted Grain Bread (from Trader Joe's, its only $2.16/loaf)

Protein:
Tuna, Chicken
Fats
Almonds, Naturally More (this is a peanut butter that you can buy at Wal-mart, its fortified with really healthy fats instead of saturated fat like most peanut butters)

Those are my staples for whole foods. I try to eat as much whole food as I can, except after a workout I make sure I get about 60-80g of sugar and at least 40-50g of protein, and minimal fat.

I did a 3 month plan where I recorded all my exercises and my nutrition, its in the forums here are the links.

Overall I put on about 8lbs of muscle if I remember correctly, which was a lot for me, because i was still losing fat.

haha thanks bro. Have you seen Julien Grieux (spelling?). He's more of the fitness physique but he looks amazing. And in some of the videos he appears to be almost as big as Jamo!! He's been training for a well rounded 'figure' physique for I think around 15 years and slowly adds muscle, but look at where he is now...

Who knows, a lot of people start in this industry by wanting to just have a beach body and then get impressed with their results and want to take it to the next level (and aim for a more bodybuilding physique). Some ppl never make up their minds :-p

Its all good as long as your staying healthy trying to accomplish your goal, because its the journey not the destination, that matters the most!

I Looked and skinless chicken breasts are the same as the boneless ones just a personal prefrance if you want a bone or not . here are the facts : per 3oz serving 120 calories 1.5g of fat 0.5 saturated 70mg of cholestrol 24g of protein so overal its Good! Peace out keep it up! ttyl

How old are you again? Your profile says 15 but you said your in college?

That guy you want to look like, he's big! But good goal, you have a lot of potential so definitely use it to your advantage. As long as you perform exercise correctly, keep your intensity high, and make sure that nutrition and rest are key elements in your regimen then you'll get great results!

I've been on this site for... Not quite sure but I want to say about 7 months? IT's come a freaking long way since then and its such a great community. We're more of a family than anything and that's what I love about it!!

You do mixed martial arts, thats awesome, i'm trying to help a guy right now with a nutrition plan and training plan that is into MMA and has a competition in 3 months that he needs to lean out and tone up for. Wish me luck :-p

I dont know much about MMA other htan it requires a lot of core strength and functionality from the weight training you do so that's where I'm going to start

To answer your question bonless skinless chicken breasts are healthy . peace out
