I try to have a variety of workouts. I love lifting weights first, cardio between 20- 30 minutes - stepmaster or 1 hour spinning.
Healthy Foods
Grilled Turkey, Fish, Plain Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Japanes Sweet Potatoes. I have been doing all mix colorful organics vegetables. Pre-contest...I do stay on my grilled fish, steam asparagus, spinach and baked sweet potatoes.
Not So Healthy Foods
Ben & Jerry Strawberry Ice cream. Yummm!
