A Little About Me
I'm a 25 year old from England looking for a little information, inspiration and motivation in trying to obtain a good physique as well as decent healthy living. I'm 6,4 with a naturally slim physique.
When I was aged 20-21 I was a frequent gym user and I even at one stage was the proud holder of a muscular, yet toned, body. Unfortunately a series of events in life (including illness) ultimately put paid to these gains and I haven't been able to regain the discipline (such an ugly word) required to get back to that level, let alone surpass it.
My current lifestyle compiles of frequent late nights, neglectful dieting habits, boozy nights out and just the occasional visit to the gym. Needless to say this is a lifestyle that is in dire need of finetuning and I figure where better to start than on this very website.
