Soya Milk
Posted October 13th, 2008 by ThatoI've personally heard alot about Soya milk being a good source of protein. Also being that I'm A hip hop fan, I've also been impressed with DJ Kool Herc physiques which I heard from circles was attributed to Soy milk mostly...
I just want to know if anybody out's there know anything about Soya milk. Whether or not the claims true? What are the benefits? Required dosage needed to bulid muscle etc....
