New Shift
Posted March 27th, 2009 by teck23I just started working the 3rd shift at work which sucks btw, and Im trying to figure out how to get my work outs in and eating healthy. Heres my schedule Mon-Wed 11pm-7am, Thur-Fri Off, Sat-Sun 7am-3pm. I would appreciate any and all input from a work out schedule and eating plan.
