A Little About Me
Hi! I'm Tara, a dancer and fitness model currently living in nyc. I have been trained in classical ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip-hop and ballroom since I was 3. I also was a cheerleader throughout school. I incorporate many different things into my fitness (yoga, pilates, kickboxing, dancing, cheerleading, weights, cardio...) I am always up for new exercises and techniques. I would love to chat about anything Fitness & Nutrition related:)

I could go on and on- I try to stay as healthy as possible. Eggs, chicken breast, salmon, sushi, ORGANIC as much as possible, Kashi, natural peanut butter, fruit, veggies, sweet potato, sauteed spinach, protein shakes, celery, rice cakes, lean beef, almonds, fat free cheese, fat-free/sugar-free everything! lol
Not So Healthy Foods
Splenda ( I go back and forth on this) ice cream, popcorn, mexican food, cheese that isn't fat-free, hot wings- but it's rare that I don't try to find ways to modify it to make it healthy.

Classical piano (since age 4), singing, dancing (out), makeup artistry, snorkeling, rock climbing, trampoline, gymnastics...Magazines
