Core training
Posted August 4th, 2008 by SuperSonicSprinterI am now 3 weeks into a core program I got out of an article Jamo wrote for a magazine. Doing simple crunches and hyper extensions with perfect form. During my track career I have always had a natural 6 pack, but a weak lower back. I was always concerned if I worked my lower back I would injure it even more. Nobody ever told me different. Being an NCAA athlete doesn't always mean your getting the best training ladies and gentlemen!
