When I Started Working Out

17yrs of age but it has always been on & off... My Inspiration has always been the one & only Bruce Lee. After following guidlines of this website I'm seein fast results! Thanks Jamo & Co!

How I Started

Kickboxing when I was younger - reached my 2nd Dan Black... From a young age I always did my press-up's & sit-up's... Always been sporty & active.

Why I Love It

Keeps me fit! I have a very high metabolism & I find training builds my appetite :) Thus I should never give up!
