I have met some of the most amazing people in the past couple of months. Everyone I've encountered has impacted me in a way and I count it all joy. As a matter of fact some of the worst people I have met and dealt with inspired me to change and become a better spirit while here on this earth. We don't know how life can turn out so make the best of each person and every situation. Live life! Love hard! If you fall, get up! Hold nothing against anyone! Learn to forgive! Love you guys.

to lose that stomach bodyfat% you'll have to try doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for like 30 minutes-45 minutes. moderate intensity. You could drink a small protein shake with water before cardio to help prevent muscle breakdown , with a little bit of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

then dont eat carbs past say 5-6pm. assuming a bed time of 9-10pm. try eating veggies after that time, and lean proteins, or fish for dinner. eeven a protein shake right before bed, or some fat free cottage cheese if youc an handle that..
