I absolutely love to laugh. I can sit down all day and watch "America's Funniest Home Videos" just because I get a chance to laugh. On a serious note, I like to see people do well, feel well, and live well. I like getting things started on a positiv note, and finishing on a positive note. I don't pout much, so neither can you. I ate a slice of "humble pie" a few years ago, so you are in good company when you're around me.

Be Good or Be Good At It

I am tired of looking good. I am ready to take fitness to a whole other level. So to all of the other subscribers out there, continue to blog, post, ask, and answer questions. We are an inspiration to each other. Keep in mind it's important to post your pics of the progress your making. No, your not being full of yourself. Just remember....every time you step into the gym "GO HARD OR GO HOME"!.

As a matter of fact some of the worst people I have met and dealt with inspired me to change and become a better spirit while here on this earth.
