yeh man , i think A is better and i think i will have a rest day on thurs ,because i've looked at a lot of training splits for loads of different bodybuilders and hardly any of them train 5 days in a row , so yeh thanks so much for the advice , and am just gona keep comin with the questions by the way cause this is the first time i've ever spoke to another bodybuilder lol , one more thing man = do you think doing 3 sets of each excercise is better than doing 4 or 5 sets , because does doing 5 sets of each excercise not seem like something you would do on steriods , i think natural bbuilding you should do 3 or 4 sets but no more ?? what do you think , for example do you think a chest workout should be =incline dum press 5 sets / flat bench press 5 sets / decline dum press 5 sets / incline dum flye 5 sets , or is that to much probably 3 or 4 sets ??? cheers man ;)

hi steevers , just wondering what your opinion was on the following training split , do you think A or B is better for gaining mass, a lot of muscle ????????????
(A) MON-legs (B)MON-arms
TUES-chest TUES-back,hamstrings
WED-arms WED-chest
THURS-back THURS-shoulders,quads
FRI-shoulders FRI-arms
SAT-rest SAT-rest
SUN-rest SUN-rest

and remember my arms are a huge weakness in my physique ??????? please help , A or B ????

thanks for the advice , i really apreciate it , and thanks for the welcome , just wondering if you know much about how to develop biceps and triceps because i have a decent size chest (42inch) but my arms are an embarrassing 14 inch , and extremely under developed and i train them less than 10 sets each , so i am definately not over training them , i train them once a week , but i thought maybe start doing more super sets and giant sets would help and maybe training them 2 times a week , on a monday and on a friday , so they are getting enough rest ? please help me out x thanks

Thanks for the support man. One of my biggest down falls is inpatience and its already starting to kick in with this work out thing. But like you said, I have already changed my body and just have to stay on track to be healthier and not compare myself to others. (A little hard) I'm on track and staying motivated. I just started taking protein with glutamine and bcaas. I've added Cyclo Tren to this instead of creatine. Do you think it would be bad to combine the two, Creatine and Cyclo Tren?

Yeah man I am slowly learning portion control.I already try to fix healthier versions of some of my foods.But it is still a work in progress.
