Hi Stevers, thanks for the concern. Sorry I logged into my profile only today. Was out of town. My wrist fracture is permanent. I am able to do all other exercises except for weight lifting. Some docs say that they need to do a operation to join to bones together using a bone graft but some other docs say that operation is not the solutions and that the bone will heal over a period of time. So I am confused. I am afraid of surgeries so I better leave it as it is. There is no pain and I can do normal work so I might just about live with it.

i am drinking about 150 to 200 grams of protein now i am gonna check the ingredients and see what it says but if it follows what you say then i am drinking way to much??

I was just reading some advice that you give to others hope you dont mind..
Thats cool that your a team player and look at this as a help other succeed instead of keep it all in my secrets are mine and i hope you fail like some people i know

What was the answer to that protein question? About the wal mart brand and etc. I read that EAS and professional??? cant remember are just as good
I take about 150 to 200 g of protein a day and i take EAS 50g a serving and it seems to work just as well as a $45 dollar container you know??

IM doing this starting monday...
Monday - Sunday - body weight only. Monday wednesday and friday and Sunday body weight. inbetween cardio
Monday - Sunday - isolation body part
Monday - Sunday - Power lifting
than the last week of the month is
Chest / bicep monday and friday
Back / Shoulders / tricep tuesday and Saturday
Legs = Wednesday and Sunday
Rest = thrusday and the following monday.

the 5th week will be = 2 days weights. 2 days body weight. 1 day cardio. 2 day rest.
Than the 6th week will be = i haven't figured it out yet lol

Hey, I miss talking to you. School is good....hectic, but great. I have two classes that are very large (more than usual), so I have had to revamp stuff I do. The kids adapt well though....I have a couple ring tailed tooters...but hey, it's all good!

hey Stever's how's it been going? quick question for you. How do you know what's a good PURE WHEY protein? I'm currently taking Optim. Nutrition 100% whey. A guy in the gym said why spend so much money and go to Wal mart and buy the whey protein there. I see so many different types of protein that which one would you say is the most legit. I enjoy the taste that the Optim. Nutrition has but what exactly is the so called pure whey and what company can you trust.. I believe it was your page I came across and found a video sometime back on a guy making his own homemade supplements, and that the industry was just ripping folks off. Not too sure if it was you exactly but the video was good, and made me think. take care bro
