anyway , in all seriousness i just want to say to everyone and anyone reading this that i have a very out spoken and forward personality ( yes i do get in trouble a bit in college :P ) but thats who i am and i aint changing it :D:D:D i just want everyone to know that at no point in any of my comments EVER on this site do i mean any disrespect or harm , thats the last thing i mean when i post because i respect the hell out of all you guys !!! I only want to be accepted and considered as an equal because i look up to all you guys and i just want your acceptance and thats why whenever someone contradicts me or disagrees with me i get upset because it makes me look stupid and i dont want jamo or anyone to think i am stupid, i am very very knowledgable , i have been training for 3 years this JUNE and i sometimes feel i dont get the respect i deserve ;) i seriously feel like every single BINGLE one of my comments or blogs that i post someone always has something negative to say about it and i am only being curious and innocent , i feel like i am being singled out and i am the only one that receives this negative-ness !! REMEMBER I AM ONLY 17 AND I AM STILL LEARNING ABOUT FITNESS AND LIFE SO PLEASE BE GENTLE WITH ME :D:D:D:D ;)

lol i love arguing :P:P:P:P kidding on ;) i didnt disrespect jamo , i disagreed with him , so if you dont think the same as someone else that means you are disrespecting someone else ??? i dont think so , maybe you should learn what disrespect means !!! << ( that comment just there was disrespect because i am implying you are stupid and dont know the meaning of words ) but disagreeing with someone is not disrespecting them , if i said = " jamo is an idiot and doesnt know what he is talking about , jamo is wrong ! " , then that would be disrespecting him !!!

hay man , thanks for your comment ;) unfortunately we dont have mrs dash in uk , i have heard about it but i think its only an american and canadian thing :(:( still have plenty of spices and herbs in Britain but lol lol , any specific herbs or spices you like or can suggest ?

o yea the lifting equipment i have are a thumb bells, a curling bar, the purfect push ups, and the iron gym
but my brother and me are talking about buy a bench and a power tower(i think thats what its called)
O yea and we also have like a little gym station

10lbs in maybe 6 to 8 months that sounds good im ok with that :)
1)Well for the 1st question im able to work out every day right now because im no working at the moment, but you know what ever is better like in days to work out im good for :)
2) well my main goal would have to be size and strenght, um sports that i do would be like soccer i use to do wrestleing and right now im thinking about getting into boxing but thats once i have a job and able to pay for it
3) Um i would say my metabolism is pretty fast
4) my current weight is 135lbs im sure........Woooo hey man i just weight myself and im weighing at 126lbs i must have lost weight because like lately i just been mostly working out my abs :)
5) adding 10lbs to my weight would be 145. Damm that already sounds like alot man "145lbs"
