A Little About Me
BRIDAL BOOTCAMP
After I was chosen in a nationwide search to be the Host/Trainer for ABC's Fat March, I headed for Country Music Television for another weight loss reality show. Bridal Bootcamp will follow 10 brides-to-be get into shape for a chance at their dream wedding.
Besides TV, I own a health club and spa for women which I run with my wife. I teach kickboxing, abs classes and Boot Camp. I also am the director and one of the coaches for our 6 week boot camp program which includes the actual obstacle course from the set of Bridal Bootcamp. I am also a figure coach with over 20 years experience in bodybuilding and figure competitions. I've taken 1st place in 12 of 19 shows - all of which I trained naturally for as I don't believe in juicing for a trophie. (I may not be the biggest guy, but I can be the most ripped. ha)
I attended FSU for Exercise and Nutrition and earned a degree is in Physical Therapy at Florida A&M. I've been a trainer and aerobics instructor for over 14 years. I always wanted to know more and learn more - and I never stop learning. My training style is kind of intense - I work hard - play hard - train hard. I love to shock people with results and I am not afraid to push people further than they are always willing to go. Most of all, I love to take people where they would have never dreamed possible. I like getting them to believe in themselves.
Professionally, I am thrilled to be able to impact even more lives than ever with they help of TV. My wife and I who are both Florida natives, have been married 14 years - working together in the fitness industry for over nine years. Our desire is to use our enthusiasm and knowledge to help encourage others toward a healthy lifestyle. Since the fitness industry can be intimidating, it is even more important to work toward bridging the gap between the fit and unfit by reaching out. Whether it is supporting fundraisers, speaking at special events or replying to someone's personal email, we like to do all we can to stay connected with people. We really aren't just in the fitness business, we're in the people business - and we really love people.

SUCK IT UP AND JUST BE HUNGRY
Posted June 6th, 2008 by Steve PfiesterTruth Chair.... Ready? Lately I have been on hiatus from the TV world. This, for me, means backing off a little on the cardio and losing a tad of momentum in my training. Oh yah, then there is the damn diet. Who cares, it may be a month before I am back on camera. I mean, what could it hurt? WRONG.... DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!!
