Sorr for the delay brother ... ok you need to add BCAA to the optimum whey protein ..and yes you can eat chicken and burgers if that the only thing you can eat when ur not hungry ... get use to eating bro , we were all like that when we started ..just make sure you consume the beef(make sure its lean) mid at lunch and mid afternoon ,,a video blog is coming your way explaining the difference between white meat and red meat .
