Hey dude sorry it took me so long ive been in the process of moving across country for the last 3 weeks. but heres the deal... i use 100% whey protein. thats it right now. i used to use creatine last year, but ive read up on a lot of things and saw its really only good for pumps in your reps. it gives you a false sense of bulk and i noticed after a while my waist was larger than i wanted it. stick to whey protein and balance your diet. For biceps, i follow the videos made by nick jones and jamo on this site. except i tweaked it slightly. but if you follow that, youll start to see results. and as for improving your 40 time haha theres so many things involved. running fast is so technical. the best advice i can tell you is watch someone like asafa powell or richard thompson on youtube. they are the two best starters out there rite now and can show you perfect running form. alrite man take care and work hard!

we had a good time. wish we could of gone into California like we had planned, but we will have to do that another time.
A friend and I are going to Panama City in July. That will be fun! I love the beach! i like in southeast Texas so know what you mean about stuff to do. At least we are around 2 hours from Houston. I don't party so....living on the lake here is fine with me.

Thanks bro, the diet I follow is very basic and changes from either high carb moderate protein intake for gaining and high protein low carb intake for cutting. Kinda strapped for time at the moment but I'll give you a more detailed outline within the next day or so. Keep up the training and asking question bro!!!
