knee problems....and some other questions
Posted September 29th, 2008 by ssgatlin4l18I have been playin basketball on an outdoor court lately and my knees have really been hurting....and i just want some info on how to get the tendon stronger i guess?????im not near as smart as all of you lol so im not sure if im explaining this right...but it hurts right under the knee cap....and i have heard it was because i have week tendons...but i really dont know....my basketball 2-3 hrs is my cardio...because i really get bored on a treadmill.....and also im trying to get quicker and i thinking about doing alot of sprints but i didnt know if i should do that a cpl hrs before i play ball
