Recently I had to apply for my university course however i only found out bout it the day of the dead line this sent me into a rage as i was worried for my future and put me in alot of stress. Because of this i quickly had a workout to deal with it all. Luckily i did or i could of done somethin i regret i felt like i could lash out on anyone. Just another reason why im thankful of working out

Yo names brad a.k.a smittydoag (doag as in dog as my friends call me) ive been working out for about a year now and im trying to bulk up even more when i found MFT ive tried some of their workouts and advice and i could really feel the burn so thanks MFT
