Hello!
I joined this site to help keep myself focused and meet like-minded fitness people. I'm a 21 year-old college student at SDSU and I also work for Max Muscle. I'm very friendly and straight-forward; don't be afraid to talk to me.I love to laugh, have fun and be active. I like being spontaneous and trying new things as well. I've been an athelete all my life and I love sports. Being active is just in my blood. I surf, run and play volleyball mostly, but I'll try anything once. I'm really outgoing and always try to have a good time.

Head injury: my surfboard shot back after the wave closed out and the fin went straight for my head. The cut went down to my skull and just barely missed some major nerves right above my eye.

Exercises
I like lots of cardio and exercises that work your whole body. I've become quite a fan of the bosu ball too. I love yoga and pilates!
Healthy Foods
I love food... which could explain my battle with the bulge... as far as healthy goes though, I like salads of almost any sort, turkey and chicken, fruit, protein shakes and smoothies.
Not So Healthy Foods
I'm a sucker for pastries and other such baked goods. My favorite food of all time is cereal. What does that tell you? I adore milkshakes, french fries and chewy/sour candy. and oh- chicken pesto pizza with pine nuts... ahhh!!
Supplements
Just about any Max Muscle protein, glutamine, a daily vitamin, Max Green Synergy, Max CLA, EFAs, and the occasional cycle of a fat burner
Hobbies
Hanging out with my friends and family, Going on random adventures, riding around on my beach cruiser, doing anything at the beach, playing with my dog, swimming, lounging in the hammock, dieting, doodling and basically whatever happens to strike my fancy. :)Magazines
