Well, I'm a real laidback guy and I like to be the guy you can trust and depend on. At this point I love working out, playing guitar, doing Parkour, and several other activities.

The Beatles and Led Zeppelin always get me pumped. Though Baba O' Reily by the Who is probably my number 1 workout song. Wait I take that back, AC/DC will get me to run 3 miles easy...especially Rock N' Roll Ain't Noise Pollution.

Best Cardio
Posted June 14th, 2007 by SkyriffWell I've done my research and I've heard from a few sources that HIIT burns more fat, so is it better to do four days of HIIT or more endurance cardio or some other method. Basically, what is the best method of cardio to maximize fat loss.
