BCAA betwen workout ?

i just wanna ask if taking BCAA betwen workouts is the right thing to do. I heard Miloš Sarčev talking about that and he said that it's the right time. So we don't even go to a catabolic state after workout . Is that true? What would be the differences between taking BCAA between workout and not taking them
(in both cases a Protein C.H. shake after workout) !!
