me and my sister ashlee are trying to eat more healthyy. but the problem is we dont know whats healthy and whats not. if anyone has any meal plans for breakfast lunch && dinner we would greatly appreciate it. i am 14 and weigh 125 and ashlee is 16 and weighs 180. we also need a good workout we can do at the gymm. we reallyy dont want to lift weights we just want to work on our cardio so sendd me a messagee && tell me yalls ideas.
