Hey bro! You dont look bad at all! You'll get back in shape in no time flat. You were once in shape, and you've got great genetics bro.

Just trust me, and trust us here at MFT. We'll help you, but you gotta make the decision that exercise is more important than your job!!! If you're not heatlhy, you canont possibly have the energy to do your job, and eentually you will be sick more and more often, which also affects your job.

You can easily MAKE time alright ;) Just set aside at least 20 minutes each day for your jump roping as previously mentioned. The sooner you can get back into "faster" jumping, the better.

If you can get a hold of an exercise balance ball, which you'll see in the jamcore beginner workout video in the VIDEOS SECTION, you can do the beginner workout. This will definitely help you lose weight and get back that lean physique you want. The workout doesnt take more than about 30 minutes once you establish the exercises and get used to what exercises you do, how many reps & sets, and what order.

You might try watching the OFFICE WORKOUT, as Dave does the workout IN HIS OFFICE !!! How's that for motivation. You can do it right next to your computer. You should be taking at least a 15-20 minute break form your computer every 1 hour - 2 hours anyways. Because it will affect your eyes, brain, mind and with that short break, you'll be able to focus on other things and not on your work. When you come back, you'll be even more focused on your work. Trust me, i do this with my college work, and its a proven fact. In fact, my attention span is around 45 minutes- one hour. I go get a drink, eat a little HEALTHY snack ;), then come back 10-15 minutes later and am ready to go.

I also do computer work in my spare time. Designing some websites, brochures, and other things.

Good luck bro!

WELCOME AGAIN!
