is that true?
what should be the time spread between the two
because i drink my whey (which includes glutamin) 30-40min before my workout, then during my workout i drink creatinebeacause it said in the instructions "for best results sip during your workout" and right after i workout i drink whey (which includes glutamin) angain.
am i doing it right? or how would you segest?
please help me
