You may think its a long time to sit on ya ass, and yeah i agree you can get pretty sore, but that is also one of my passions...Gus Hansen aint gonna be the only dane at final table at WPT haha

i dont know much about HST but im done with my 4 split program and wanna start a HST routine for 4-8 weeks before i get back to a 3 or 4 split routine again...
im kinda burned out in the gym, so im just gonna go with a 3 day routine HST to stay in the gym...
thanks...if anyone else got a good HST routine...pls share with me :-)
