Beginning Fitness Program

I just wanted to say that tomorrow August 15, 2007 i will be starting my new fitness program which i am pretty confident about however, i was just wondering if i can get some support from the fellow members of myfittribe.com. Here is my regimen which i plan to follow. Feel free to leave some comments and suggestions :)
Mon: 25 mins Weight training + 20 mins cardio
Tues: Running 50 mins or 20 mins elliptical trainer and 20 mins biking
Wed: 25 mins Weight training + 20 mins cardio
