A Little About Me
I'm a small town boy with big city dreams.
When I Started Working Out
November of '06How I Started
I was tired of looking like a chump and too self-conscious to workout in a gym.Why I Love It
What's not to love?How I Stay Motivated
This might sound crazy but I keep some pictures posted on my clipboard of the body I'm going to achieve. My Worst Injury
I had my lip split in half when I was 6, broke my tailbone once, and now I have problems with my right shoulder. I've gotten off pretty easy.

Anyone with a good vibe! I like people I can joke around with.

My long term goal is to beat depression and social phobia, my two struggles in life.Bodyfat Goal

Bodyparts (Yours)
My left knee, there's just something about it.
Exercises
Everything I've done since the before pic has been with my own bodyweight resistance and 2 dumbells. Now that my physique has evened out after too many years hunched over at a computer, my core strength is up and I'm going to start hitting the gym. So far I haven't done any cardio, I think compared to a lot of people I'm lucky and it won't take me long to get where I want physically.
Healthy Foods
I eat a lot of fruit, lots of natural foods and whole grains. I cheat a little but my diet includes a ton of fish (talapia, orange ruffy) and lots of crab and lobster which I'm really fortunate enough to get for free. I eat a little bit of chicken and red meat, but Gardenburger bbq riblets occupy the most space in my freezer.
Not So Healthy Foods
Blooming onions, french fries, concrete, pebbles and latex paint.
Supplements
XMA (it gives you crazy dreams), Glutamine, Whey, Creatine
Hobbies
Scratch building sci-fi models, rowing, lobstering/fishing, movies, playing guitar, hiking, etc etc..Magazines
...are usually full of pictures of steroid users.
Books
Workout Music
Eye of the Tiger and the Borat theme.
