A Little About Me
I am a healthy lifestyle consultant who lives in Los Angeles. Prior to that I was involved in the health & fitness industry in many different ways. I am most widely know for my work as a professional photographer and writer. I recently published a book that illustrates my frustration about the way health and fitness is packaged and sold to the American people. When I Started Working Out
I began training at the age of twelve to increase my football skillsHow I Started
I began reading every article and book I could get my hands on -Why I Love It
Training with weights made me realize I could do anything. It helped me develop discipline and confidence, which spilled over into every aspect of my life. How I Stay Motivated
My motivation comes from a desire to take care of the body God gave me.My Worst Injury
rotator cuff - wasn't bad. I was back to 95% within 2 months. The worst injury I have ever suffered was a broken heart - that took a lot longer to heal.
I Would Love To Meet
Jack LaLane - somehow he has escaped my presence -
Goals
Main Goal
To help people make better decisions so they can live the best quality life possible.Short Term Goal
Get my book into the hands of as many people as possibleLong Term Goal
Create a longeveity clinic with a group of like minded people who specialize in specific areas of health and fitness healing, and create a magazine to publicize the clinic and educate our readers.Bodyfat Goal

Bodyparts (Opposite Sex)
I like the whole package and more specifically how it fits together -
Bodyparts (Yours)
I don't really have one - I am happy with my physique in general.
Exercises
Healthy Foods
I like organic foods when possible
Not So Healthy Foods
Pizza is always a favorite - but it's actually not that bad if you stay away from unhealthy toppings and keep your serving size in check.
Supplements
I don't believe in many supplements - if you eat smart, food is a much more nutritious. However, there are some things that are difficult to obtain from the diet like alpha lipoic acid - and the test results for this supplement are very intriquing. I may take the following at certain times: CoQ10, milk thistle, pynogenal, alpha lipoic acid, enzymes with HCL
Hobbies
I like to learn more about the world we are in. I went to Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana last year and just returned from the Amazon and Machu Piccua couple of weeks ago - learning about different cultures and politics always gets my attention.Magazines
I'm dissapointed in the direction many magazines have decided to take these days - I wish someone would talk about real health and fitness issues and not this regurgitated-glamorized fake crap that fills the pages of most publications. How many times can we learn to do arm curls or a bench press?
Books
I like non-fiction books that teach me something.
