Awwww.....I'm glad you have the Secret "bug"!! It always helps me when I need a boost! Yes, I'm taking time out for me....starting a new training program tomorrow and going to get more serious again. I've been really good....yes, busier than ever! There are a lot of things going on with me right now....so I've been kind of MIA and concentrating on myself. I hope you're doing well my friend!!! It's summer and there are good things all over!!! Keeping up with the Secret???

DUDE! How's your training going???

I hit a plateau, most likely because i slacked off my diet for a while and my nutrient timing as well as not getting enough sleep. So I tried to get back into it now. I think im doing good.
Decided to try 3 weeks of a cutting phase, i'm on day 15, the scale says i lost about 3lbs, i've been doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and taking carnitine and hydroxycut hardcore (i got this $100 21-day shred stack for $8 from my work so I decided to try it out lol).
I havent lost any muscle that I can tell, because all my numbers still keep going up, i see a lot more vascularity in places like my legs and i see cross-veins in my arms now. I'm optimistic. I'm going to stay with cardio in the a.m., doing it 7 days a week rght now for the 21-day stack, then cutting back to prolly 4 days a week in a.m. once the stack is done and im staying around 3500 kCal.
