good to hear ;) trust me bodybuilding is a life long sport , it takes EXTREME patience and dedication , stick to your workouts because even if you feel like they arent working and you are not growing , just look at pictures of you a couple of months earlier and you will be surprised , lol you are in the same boat as me , i am also trying to build my upper chest , so i dont do any decline or flat movements in my chest routine . i do like 4or5 sets of incline bench , then 3sets of incline dumbbell press then 3 sets of incline flyes , then to finish 2to3 sets of decline push-ups (which work your upper chest ) , remember and DONT keep the incline bench at the same incline for all 3 incline moves , move it up a down a notch or 2 , after each exersise , like 70degree then 45degree then back up to 70degree or sumthing ;) good luck budy , keep me up to date with your progress , take care , and never give up ;)

hay man not spoke to you in a while , how are you getting on ??? i have been doing pre-contest training for the past 5-6weeks and i have dropped down to 205lbs ( use to be 217lbs ) but i am going back to bulking in january because i love bulking because you actually get to eat lol , right now i am having very little carbs because i am trying to burn as much fat as possible , very boring and plain strict diet but cant wait to get massive again in january , what about you , hows the progress ???

hay raj ;) thanks for the add , i just want to say that i know what your going through , i used to be 150lbs ( extremely skinny ) and after a couple of years of hard training and mass gainers and eating like an animal i am now 215lbs !! I just want to recomend PVL's MUTANT MASS because i used to be as skinny as you and i am considered a " big guy " now , people in college call me big man and when i go to clubs people always want to feel my arms and stuff , it is so good , stick in and train hard , the main principle i followed when starting out were EAT BIG , SLEEP BIG AND TRAIN BIG and it worked for me so good luck buddy , hope you can make the gains i have , just never ever give up or quit !! good luck ,

ps let me no if you need any tips on anything , from one former wee skinny guy to another ;) gd luck .
