Pyramid training
Posted September 8th, 2010 by -RAJ-Anybody tried pyramid training?
What i mean is, lets say you're training your chest doing push ups:
1. You do one rep, rest for one second
2. Then do 2 reps, rest for 2 seconds
3. Then 3 reps, rest for 3 seconds
and so on till you hit 10 and then work your way back down to one. Which means you would have done 100 reps.
