When I Started Working Out

I bought a muscle magazine and thought the chicks in it looked amazing, so I got a gym membership and had no idea what the hell i was doing. All I know is that there was a girl in the magazine named Debbie Dobbins and she was so pretty and looked really toned, yet femanine. Unfortunately she died from smoke inhalation in the early 90's....anyway, the way she looked really motivated me to start working out.Why I Love It

I like it all. But actually my favorite part on a man is a handsome face and sweet smile. I guess I'm more of a face person than body person. But, it definitely doesn't hurt to have a nice body...lol

Exercises
shoulders and triceps. Going to the batting cage too and just playing catch...I still have my baseball mitt...oh and lately 1 hour of walking lunges.

I love everything that's bad for you, especially pizza and cheesecake from the cheesecake factory.
Supplements
Cytosport Whey protein powder, power crunch bars, luna bars, and cliff bars...nothing w/ sugar alcohol in it...BAD STUFF!!! I don't take fat burners and all that crap. It has the opposite effect on me...makes me tired and I want to eat everything in sight...also they are bad for you and heard they cause strokes.

Dancing, traveling, movies, sporting events, going out to dinner, going to the beach, etc.Magazines

I can't read....lol...kidding...I like suspense novels, books about sports, and zagat guides.
