When I Started Working Out
I was on the girls basketball team and started working out as a freshmen in high schoolHow I Started

When i see someone for the first time i love to look at them as a hole person not an object or a thing i respect people and treat people with dignity and pride the same way i would love to be treated when people meet me for the first time

Well that is a heard one i don't like to look in the mirror so that is a very heard one to answer i am my own worst critic i would have let other decide for me
Exercises
I love to mix mine up when i work out i get board after about a week or two doing the same things so it is very heard for me to keep with a program for very long
Healthy Foods
Eat a lot of healthy food to many to put on here but the two things i do crave sometimes is glazed donuts and ice cream with hot fudge on top

Traing the Yong at heart (Sener Citsins)
Posted November 22nd, 2008 by punkdagirlOk i have been training for a short time now but i live in a state filled with retires (FL). If anyone has a good work out for the Sener Citsins let me know. When i train with them i do a lot of balances work, core training, and light weights to help with muscle stringent.
