Get Fit! I work out 7 days a week One day I lift weights the next I either do aerobics,hiking or karate.Its a great way to recover from the liver transplant I had in 2003. I also work with disabled people and it not only makes me feel good but gives me a perspective on just how lucky I am to be in this great shape. For about a year I've been doing low weights and very high reps and am now going to higher weights/lower reps and appreciate any tips I can get on building muscle mass.
