A Little About Me
I live in Hot Springs Ar I'm a musician who performs at nursing homes and private parties, I used to play the bars but HEY! I didn't quit smoking to smoke someone else's cigarettes. I'm pro Tie Dyer and love to research the Native American culture. Just getting back to building muscle I've been doing single sets of 50 for over a year and am pyrimiding with heavier weights and multiple sets. I lift every other day and hike, practice Taekwondo, swim or do aerobics the other days 7 days a week. Looking for a lady to lift with but they are few and far between here in the midst of the American obesity epidemic.

Get Fit! I work out 7 days a week One day I lift weights the next I either do aerobics,hiking or karate.Its a great way to recover from the liver transplant I had in 2003. I also work with disabled people and it not only makes me feel good but gives me a perspective on just how lucky I am to be in this great shape. For about a year I've been doing low weights and very high reps and am now going to higher weights/lower reps and appreciate any tips I can get on building muscle mass.
