Getting ready to turn the big 40. Love the fitness and nutrition lifestyle . I was skinny kid in high school and weight lifting has helped me back on a few pounds, but I would call myself a hard gainer.I wish a new more about exercise and nutrition when I was in school I would have been a lot bettter althete.I would love to move out west.
