I read your response about cardio, and it was extremely rich with information. I love detailed responses like that because you feel like you're making a much more educated decision when implementing certain aspects of fitness into your own routines.

I have a quick question; given that aerobic uses oxygen, the idea is that in combination with the ability to use oxygen, you're also using fat stores correct? So this would further support the idea that low to moderate intensity 'exercise**' burns a higher % of fat than anaerobic?

For example: Low to moderate intensity might burn maybe 80% fat to 20% glycogen. Low risk of burning muscle tissue for energy.

whereas high itensity might burn only 50% fat and 50% glycogen. higher risk of burning muscle tissue for energy

Granted with high intensity you're burning significantly more kCals per minute or hour, and not to mention you continue to burn kCals after you stop the activity.

Okay, so all the aforementioned stuff i just asked, this is what I have come to "know" given all my sources of input and research etc... but no one has ever really confirmed my thoughts.
So do you think im on the right track?

Absolutely on the right track. Its best to look at it from the muscle burning perspective, given your particular goals.
