A Little About Me
I an a full-time IT Consultant, part-time fitness model, sports model and personal trainer. I've been an athlete since I was 5 years old. I ran track and played basketball in college. I attended Cal State Fullerton on track scholarship where I am considered one of the greatest sprinters that's ever competed in the school. I've competed against some of the fastest and best athletes in the world. My love for fitness came from sports. I was a sports model since I was 18 years old and I've done over 10 national commercials. Over half of theme being sports related and I decided that it was time to break in the fitness industry this year. I believe that I've taken this industry by storm in only 6 months in this business I've attained succes quicker than most fitness models. I hope to sustain this success for a very long time. I am known by many people such as Paul Dillett, Clark Bartram, Terry Frendo, Publisher of Inside Fitness as having one of the best abs in this business. For anybody to say that is an incredible honor and I believe most of the success that I've attained in this because is probably because of that. My goal is to hopefully to be able inspire and motivate as many people as I can stay to fit and healthy. You can have the best abs, best face and the greatest body in the world but if you have don't the ability to share or educate what you know it means absolutely nothing. I hope to be in this game for a long time.
When I Started Working Out
I first started working out when I was 14 years oldHow I Started
I started by trying to bench 125 pounds when I was 14 years and the funny thing is I couldn't bench it.....LOLWhy I Love It
I love it because it is a great stress reliever and it makes mee feel good about myself when I am fit and in shapeHow I Stay Motivated
I stay motivated because it is my drug. It has gotten me through the worst times of my life when I could have been self-destructiveMy Worst Injury
I tore my hamstring my Pre-season All American year as a sprinter during mid season of my senior year.
