A Little About Me
28 yr old female fighting the "battle of the bulge" This is 2 yrs for me now dieting and exercising with about 6-8 months injury and break in the middle there. 1st 8 months of this journey I lost 105 lbs. I use to weigh in at 354lbs. I got to 250lbs and got injured. I'm currently at 260 and have been there now for 6 months or so. I am 5ft 9 inches. I have been dieting and exercising 5-6 out of 7 days a week and changed my eating habits about every 3 weeks when I notice I'm not losing. I'm in a long term relationship. He has been with me through "thick and thinner". I am a Massage Therapist and an EMT with an ambulance service here in town.

Back to walking. My knees can't handle me jogging yet. A lot of intense elliptical too now. Walking out at the park.... Getting tired of getting hit on by the guys sitting out there.. hard to concentrate on my body when I have guys coming up and telling me they like me "thick".. bastards...lol

Posted May 8th, 2008 by njones309So I got to thinking today... I've not lost a lot still.. I'd lose 3lbs gain 3lbs lose 9lbs gain 9lbs. Very frustrating. Anyway, so I was thinking about my eating and diet and I've changed a lot of things... cut back on coffee (was causing me to have pvc's but then again drinking a pot a day would do that to anybody) cut back on all store bought foods, cut back on sugar, cut diet pop almost all out.. down to 1 a day now ! yay !
