Thank you joining us nate and happy new year !

thanks Nate for the congrats! welcome to this site, hope to learn a lot from you!

hi man
happy christimas and great hollydays

take care...

thanks for your comment , your training sounds crazy man , keep it up ;) yeh i really like muay tai at the moment i think i will focus on that for a couple of years because in the mma world i am extremely young , most guys that are in the ufc right now didnt start training mma until there late 20's early 30's , so i think i am going to focus 100% on muay tai , then in the future start doing wrestling and jiu jitsu etc , have a good holiday season ;)

hay man , nice to meet you , names darren btw , just wanting to know , i am just at the very beggining of my hopeful mma career , i am 17 and have been bodybuilding for 3 years now , i have switch my training around now , and taken the focus off of bodybuilding and on to mma because big muscles dont mean you are fit and healthy , i want to be a fighting machine and be able to rep out 20+ pull ups with ease , many bodybuilders cant do over 5 pull-ups , anyway , could you please give me some tips of starting mma and should i be eating a specific diet or just as long as i am getting plenty of protein and not eating junk ???? also wat should i be doing for my workouts , could you rite me a quick training split for the week , as of this moment i am only training muay tai just now for my stand up , that is on mondays so the training split should start with MONDAY=2hrs of muay tai , then whatever else , i also workout at home , but i have plenty of equipment , kettle bell being the best lol , what sort of weighlifting exercises would benifit my fighting game and what kind of set and rep ranges ???? i would appreciate this soooo much as i am just new to the mma scene , thank you for your time , yours faithfully, Darren ;)
