Suggestions needed
Posted September 16th, 2008 by msamadpourSince my last blog, I have visited the cardiologist and have been told that I am able to resume working out! This is great news as I was really starting to get tired of not being able to exercise. I used to run about 40 miles per week and would lift 3-4 days a week. My limitations are that I am not able to lift very heavy weights and am not permitted to get my heart rate past 160 beats/minute. My question is, are there certain weight workouts that you all recommend to make sure that I am within my target heart rate?
