The tip that jamo and nick gave on one of the video blogs about grapefruit juice and coffe being good natural fat burners was really helpful - anybody got any similar tips, especially for gaining size? I can't always afford expensive protein, creatine glutamine etc supplements!! any suggestions for potential substitutes? Thanks.
