1) Squat for warm-up
a. 20 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps
2) Wide stance squats, toes pointed outward (vastus medialis)
a. 6 reps failure, rest 3 minutes, lower weight 10-20 lbs, 6 reps failure, rest 3 minutes, lower weight to attain 8 reps failure.
3) Leg extensions (1 second up, pause, 2 seconds down)
a. Light weight 10 reps, rest, three double drop sets (going 8 reps to failure, strip, failure, strip, failure)

You know what I just realized? I have roughly 4 weeks left until I have to go back to school for training! Whip out the first-aid kit and look for the band-aids... I just may get cut.

Do you realize there's only 56 hours left until I get on that plane and motorboat my brains out??? By the time I get there I'll be stupid ready!!! stuuuuuupid!
