Here's what I've been following the past four weeks. It's more or less basic muscle developing exercises- nothing targeting any specific muscles, just muscle groups. And the cardio is a simple routine in the morning, adding 5 minutes each week. So cardio everyday, lifting monday, wednesday, and friday. Tuesday and thursday are helpful tips that you should probably already know. By the way, the intro song is the greatest guitar rip ever!!! ( : /)
Been backing off the heavy weights for BP still?

Found a sick movie involving wheelchair rugby (aka MurderBall)... Definitely worth the look haha. Still no dice on the waxy maize. So far the NO2 Black and adreNOline are complementing the other supps well . I feel like my arms are going to explode with this stuff haha. I shall post some workouts on the powercircle later on tomorrow.

This training is ridiculously hard to stick with, now that I've got two jobs over here!!!! WHY?!?!?! It's down to a rushed 20 minute workout with a 10 minute swim on some days of the week. 9-6 everyday
