Long time since I have been here
Posted April 16th, 2008 by Millad DagdoniLong time I have been in this site, due to school and work. But I still workout I have started in boxing and I can see I ´m getting better abs from Boxing.
My problem is still Im not getting the arms to look thick from the front. From the side they are very thick. My back triceps is big, but you cant see it from the front.
Im getting stronger, but its slow.
Im still following Jamo´s exercise he gave me a year ago, but I have changed it a bit ever 8 weeks.
Nice seeing the site bigger and better :)
