I’ve really gotten creative with recipes and done a lot of experimenting. I’ll list a couple I’ve tried for protein pancakes, but depending on the type of protein powder you’re using, you may need to add more/less depending on the consistency. If you have a GFS store or some other place similar, they should be able to order cartons of frozen egg whites for you (easiest!). Otherwise, cracking egg whites will work just fine! I would always make batches of these and refrigerate them for the week, having them anytime throughout the day – cold or warm. Don’t be afraid to taste test the batter before cooking to see if something else needs to be added (the raw egg won’t hurt you – everyone’s eaten raw cookie dough at some point, right?). Most batches make about 6 pancakes, with calories around 200, protein around 25-30g, and carbs around 10-20g. Of course they are low in fat. Give some of these a try:

PUMPKIN
2 cups (or 8 large) egg whites
1 cup dry oats
4 scoops whey protein powder – vanilla tastes best
½ cup canned pumpkin
Cinnamon
Pumpkin spice
Vanilla
4-6 packets Stevia (or other sweetener)

CARROT CAKE
2 cups (or 8 large) egg whites
1 cup dry oats
4 scoops whey protein powder – vanilla tastes best
1 jar banana baby food or 1 medium ripe banana mashed (cut down on the calories & carbs by using banana extract instead)
Cinnamon
Pumpkin spice
Vanilla
4-6 packets Stevia (or other sweetener)
