A Little About Me
I've always worked out but I never really ate clean while doing.All through college the lowest weight I would ever get to was 250lbs. then I would have the breaks & holidays and my weight would go back up to about 280-290lbs.I would do this over & over & over but in March I got serious about it;started back working out & finally started eating right.Now so far I have lost about 45lbs and I would like to lose 30 more;so I could give competing a try.The more read about it and look at every one in the magazines;the more I would like to test myself to see what I would be able to do.Plus I WANT ABS!!

I've always been interested in working out for playing basketball.Then as I went to college and was able to use its gym it became passion of mine.How I Started
